Leaders Lounge is about small gatherings to discuss content that is deeply meaningful to make progress in your discipline. It is by no means, entertainment*. But you will laugh, learn, win, and go back deeply energized knowing that what you just figured out together is true and that the room is with you - filled with goodwill and collaboration with one another. We make it easy to go outside the unconscious boundaries of thought because of the  depth of journeys shared, active-learning, and facilitation in place that makes everything start at true-center and take us true-north.

To be clear, we do not like conferences, workshops, or masterminds. We LOVE them all so much that each session is a bit like all of them! Leaders Lounge is Community.
