HR EXPLORER - where HR comes to stay sharp

WHERE PEER-LED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GETS REAL

Each session is a full day of action-based learning in groups of 25 per room (3 rooms). The unpacking and rebuilding of three major discussion points in HR takes place through:

Each room will be presented with the same situation by their room panel (30mins) of peers at the same time - The rooms have different peers, different panelists, same situation, different lens. 

Each room will go through three situations/panels, action-tables, findings, through the course of the day.

The Action Table Captains (a peer) ensure a balanced and productive conversation is occurring to drive usable take-aways that identify benchmarks, and develop out of the box/organization ideas for continuous improvement. 


The findings are presented by an Action Table nominee at the end of each exercise (5mins per table)

Your other two groups of the day will be doing the same thing as you. Meet them as an entire group over lunch and drinks. Socialize and mobilize the angles that you are all seeing and wanting things from.
