NO. We typically have 4-7 sponsors at any session and they must be represented from VP level and above. Beyond this, we do not sell tickets to vendors. Therefore our audience composition is usually 80% HR-practitioners. Any vendor that you do get to chat with at Leaders Lounge is seriously cool!
This is a mixture of our fanbase that is with us more than twice a year, guests of guests, and newcomers that we reach out to from time to time
We are a lean and smart operation that does not need to focus on having more than 4-7 sponsors even though demand does surpass that, we also do not want to disrupt all of the things that make the experience strong for everybody
Simply put, we love that we have the ability to attract some of the smartest people in HR and have them socialize their ideas because fundamentally that is what improves the quality of a workplace. Hence our slogan..."Always be an amazing workplace".
Well we're not a conference, and not quite a workshop.
