Welcome to Leaders Lounge

Simply put, we love that we have the ability to attract some of the smartest people and have them socialize their ideas because fundamentally that is what improves the quality of a workplace. We want to normalize excellence as a standard for our experience at work and so intensifying the level and frequency of those conversations is what creates that. The more we talk about it at the right level, the closer we are to it as a reality.  Hence our slogan..."Always be an amazing workplace".  

Well we're not a conference, and not quite a workshop. What all of this means is that you get deeper connections, and more interactive sessions all led by emcees that are EX experts and executive coaches to drive a more tactical experience for you. The mixture of formats through the day from solo's, panels, post-panel ideas Xchange, think-tanks, and all of the networking make Leaders Lounge a place that many have always wanted  from a gathering, in terms of size, format, energy, and focus within three specifics topics; organizational design, employee  experience, and enterprise culture.

We are a smart operation that does not need to focus on having more than 4-7 sponsors. We also maintain a smart balance of practitioners: vendors (80:20).

This is a mixture of our fanbase that is with us at least twice a year, guests of guests, and newcomers that we reach out to from time to time

NO. The whole place IS a conversation

We typically have 4-7 sponsors and they've been asked by the audience to be with us. These are extremely high quality solution providers with immense track records, represented from VP level. Therefore our audience composition is usually 80% practitioners. Any solution provider that you do get to chat with at Leaders Lounge is seriously cool! 

Everything is put together as a community. We'll talk. You might be able to help out here and there. 

As a community we're all  happy doing things the way that we are, so we're keeping conversations going this way. Meaningfully!
